1.User's personal data - user security

The application does not read, process or collect any user personal data (name, address, email etc.), so it does not transmit such data to the cloud, external servers or third-party companies, and does not create user accounts.

2.Technical data of the device

The work application uses technical information from the device in a statistical and anonymous manner, in particular:
  • power and battery parameters - battery type, capacity, voltage, temperature, etc.
  • device parameters - phone model, operating system version, screen resolution, language, approximate location read from the IP address
  • application activity – opened screens, visited links, changed parameters, warnings, application errors
The app uses standard Google libraries to monitor this data.
Some data may be transferred to Google servers for analytical purposes, to gain better insight into app usage and to help with app development.
If you do not want to share any technical data outside your device, you can purchase the paid version of the app.
It's smaller, faster, and more cost-effective, and doesn't contain ads or analytics components/classes/libraries, so it doesn't download or send any data to external servers.

3. Notifications - background work

To run the application in the background (without a visible screen) during which notifications are displayed and speech or sounds can be played, the application uses the following Android system permissions:
  • WAKE_LOCK - permission to wake the device from standby mode
  • RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED - permission to automatically start the application after restarting the device
  • POST_NOTIFICATIONS - permission to show notifications
  • FOREGROUND_SERVICE (MEDIA_PLAYBACK/SPECIAL_USE) - permission to run a background service, with battery state analyzing, multimedia playback, and visible notifications

You can enable or disable showing notifications in the application settings:

4.Voice synthesis

The application uses the engine (libraries) to synthesize voice, such as those installed on the device.
Most often these will be:
  • "Speech Recognition and Synthesis from Google"
  • "Samsung text-to-speech engine"
The user can install additional libraries and change the default library in the system settings. Voice synthesis needs an internet connection to download voices, uses the following network permissions:
  • INTERNET - internet access
  • ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE - access to information about the state of network connections
  • ACCESS_WIFI_STATE - access to information about the state of wireless connections
The application does not recognize voices, does not record voice samples, does not send them to external servers or to external companies, does not need or ask for permissions to the microphone.

5.Redirects to external sites

The application contains links to external resources such as:

6.Email

The application allows you to pre-prepare queries via email directly from the application. The email includes basic technical information about the device such as manufacturer, model, and screen dimensions.
The email is sent by the email client installed on the device and selected by the user to the address: battery.110kvs@gmail.com

7.Ads

The paid application does not contain advertisements.
The free version of the application displays advertisements.
For this purpose, it uses standard Google libraries, which connect via the Internet to advertising providers and download advertisements.
